BACKYARD BBQ COMPETITION

Participants may begin cooking as early as Thursday evening. Participants should be ready

to sell to event attendees by 2 PM. Judging by local elected officials will begin at 3 PM.

People’s Choice award will be voted on by event attendees. Participants will be cooking in 4

BBQ Categories: Pork, Chicken, Ribs and Brisket. Participants must have an entry in each

category. Participants must provide all of their equipment, tables, serve ware, etc.

CHILI CHALLENGE COMPETITION

Participants should have a 1 cup entry available for judging by 2 PM. Participants should be

ready to sell to event attendees by 2 PM. People’s Choice award will be voted on by event

attendees. Participants will cook one chili entry and it does not have to be prepared on site.

Participants must provide all of their equipment, tables, serve ware, etc.
